Prices?
Prices shown are exclusive of  VAT. VAT will be added at the checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We operate a next working day (Mon-Fri) delivery service using the courier DPD.
Orders placed before 15:30 are generally shipped the same day and will arrive the following working day. Orders placed after 15:30 are likely to be processed the next working day.
Smaller items (under 1Kg) will be sent 1st Class post.


Do I need to sign for the parcel?

YES.  No parcel can be left without a signature, so if you need to pop out, leave a note on your door informing the driver to leave with a neighbour, alternatively, a note with your signature authorising the driver to leave the parcel in a secure place i.e porch, side-gate etc will also suffice.
Items sent 1st Class post don't need a signature.


How much is delivery?

A standard post and package charge of £7 for any orders under £135 to UK mainland.
Orders over £135, post and packing will be free of charge to UK mainland.
Orders under 1Kg in weight are charged at £3.50.
Scottish Highlands & Islands and Nothern Ireland the charge is £18.
Isle of Man & Channel Islands the charge is £14.
Ireland the charge is £18.


What are your delivery times?

Our courier DPD delivery between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Do you delivery to destinations outside the UK?

YES.  Please telephone us to obtain a quote on postage cost.


Do you deliver to BFPO addressess?

YES.  Please telephone us to obtain a quote on postage cost.


What are your opening hours?

We are open 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday.


Can I come and collect my order?

YES.  Just let us know what day you would like to collect and we will have your parcel ready for collection.


What is your returns policy?

Bingo and raffle machines must be returned within 7 days in full working order and original packing at customers cost.
 

N.B  All of our packaging is re-used and recycled
