Prices?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We operate a next working day (Mon-Fri) delivery service using the courier DHL.
Orders placed before 14:00 are generally shipped the same day and will arrive the following working day. Orders placed after 14:00 are likely to be processed the next working day.
Smaller items (under 1Kg) will be sent 1st Class post.
Do I need to sign for the parcel?
YES. No parcel can be left without a signature, so if you need to pop out, leave a note on your door informing the driver to leave with a neighbour, alternatively, a note with your signature authorising the driver to leave the parcel in a secure place i.e porch, side-gate etc will also suffice.
Items sent 1st Class post does not need a signature.
How much is delivery?
A standard post and package charge of £8.50 for any orders under £180 to UK mainland.
Orders over £180, post and packing will be free of charge to UK mainland.
Orders under 1Kg in weight are charged at £4.
Change Machine & Card Dispensers carry a standard delivery charge of £50.00 Except the Nova Machine - £30
Isle Of Wight & Isle of Scilly is £14.00Scottish Highlands & Islands the charge is £20
Isle of Man & Channel Islands the charge is £25
Northern Ireland to charge is £25 to delivery depot. Customs and Duties must be paid by the recipient

What are your delivery times?
Our courier DHL delivers between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Do you deliver to destinations outside the UK?
YES. Please telephone us to obtain a quote on postage cost.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
YES. Please telephone us to obtain a quote on postage cost.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 8.00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Can I come and collect my order?
YES. Just let us know what day you would like to collect and we will have your parcel ready for collection.
What is your returns policy?
Please contact via telephone on 01634 726902 to arrange a return.
No returns will be accepted without contacting us first and without a returns reference number.
All products must be returned within 7 days in full working order and original packing at customers cost.
