Here at Thomas and Anca Club Supplies Ltd, we have made every effort in making our costs as low as possible, so we can pass on these savings to you.
You will be given the cost of delivery before submitting your payment details.
This cost is affected by the weight and size of the product.
Should you wish to use you own courier, please contact us in order for to advise you how to continue.
Standard Cost of Delivery
A standard post and package charge of £7 for any orders under £135 to UK mainland.
Orders over £135, post and packing will be free of charge to UK mainland.
Orders under 1Kg in weight are charged at £3.50.
Scottish Highlands & Islands the charge is £14.
Isle of Man & Channel Islands the charge is £18.
Nothern Ireland the charge is £18
Ireland the charge is £18.
Change Machines & Card Dispensers carry a standard delivery cost of £15.00
*Next day delivery is for mainland UK only.
Safety of Delivery
We only use recognised couriers in order to guarantee safe passage.
The goods are signed out when they leave our premises by a Thomas and Anca Club Supplies Ltd employee (except 1st Class post).
The goods are signed in by you, or a representative accepting delivery of the goods (except 1st Class post).
Should you or a representative on your behalf not be present when the courier delivers the goods, then the courier company will contact the delivery address and you are responsible for the re-delivery of the goods.
All orders placed after 3:30pm will be despatched the following working day. Please contact us if you if have any queries.
Your goods will be sent to you once your payment has been cleared.
Customers only have to wait one day for this clearance.
Delivery within the UK is next day.

If you are unhappy with any product supplied by Thomas and Anca Club Supplies Ltd in any way, please contact us on Tel 01634 726902 and tell us your problems or concerns. We will do our best to rectify the issues.
Returns Within 7 Days
Please contact us BY TELEPHONE before returning your item to get a Returns Number. It’s a quick call, we are very friendly and it allows us to track your return back into our system and issue your exchange or refund efficiently.
Your item will NOT be accepted back without a Returns Number. We will give you the correct return address to send your particular item.
What if I just simply change my mind?
If your order arrives and you simply change your mind or it was not as expected, unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days from delivery, unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in their original sellable condition. All free gifts and all accessories must also be returned unused, in the same condition.
If the order is returned through no fault of our own, the Buyer is responsible for return postage and the original delivery costs will not be refunded. The balance will be credited back to you after your items have been inspected and found to be in their original sellable condition. We do not have a restocking fee.
Please do not return unwanted items that have been used or not in their original sellable condition.
Items are your responsibility until we have accepted them back in their original perfect condition, so please package them properly when returning them.

Receiving Damaged Goods
Every effort is made in ensuring the goods leave our premises undamaged and in perfect working condition. Should you discover that a product that has been damaged in transit, then you must contact Thomas and Anca Club Supplies Ltd on Tel 01634 726902 as soon as possible and we will instruct you what to do next.
The cost of carriage will be at the customers' own expense. Repairs Within the Warranty Period Should a product malfunction within the manufacturers warranty period, then you must contact Thomas and Anca Club Supplies Ltd on Tel 01634 726902 as soon as possible and we will instruct you what to do next. So long as the goods are within the manufacturers warrantee period, and are covered by the manufacturers terms and conditions, then the goods will be repaired free of charge. The cost of carriage will be at the customers' own expense. Repairs Outside the Warranty Period Should a product malfunction after the manufacturers warranty period has expired, then you must contact Thomas and Anca Club Supplies Ltd on Tel 01634 726902 as soon as possible and we will instruct you what to do next. Please note that there will be a repair charge imposed by the manufacturer that will be passed on to you the consumer. The cost of carriage will be at the customers' own expense.
